Phase 1
Phase 1 focuses on restoring the most essential areas, allowing us to begin operations as soon as possible. This stage lays the groundwork for our vision, ensuring that key infrastructure and guest facilities are ready to deliver a memorable experience as we continue with the full restoration.
Guest rooms
We have currently restored most of the guest rooms and will soon begin constructing additional rooms.
Critical Infrastructure
One of our top priorities has been to begin restoring critical infrastructure to support our vision for La Mathil.
Solar Farm
Finishing the solar farm was one of our top priorities with the rising cost of electricity and high demand of our premises
Outdoor Pools
The outdoor pool was leaking and the wooden bridge was rotten

We removed a significant amount of rubble and discovered a great spot for a dining area
Liquor License
We’re actively working on obtaining our liquor license. The process began six months ago, and we’ve just completed the final inspection. Stay tuned for updates!

Our next priority will be expanding the bar and enhancing the dance stage to elevate the La Mathil experience
